Executive Director
Daniel J. Bell, MSW is a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in community organizing, substance abuse prevention and adolescent mental health treatment. Daniel has spent most of his career supporting and empowering under resourced communities in Chicago and rural Michigan. He understands the unique challenges that individuals experience when their communities lack investment or face stigma. Daniel currently operates as a social worker for By The Hand Club For Kids - an after school program in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. In this role he provides individual and group counseling for at-risk youth. In addition, he leads all staff development around social & emotional learning topics via training and monthly newsletters. Prior to this role, Daniel worked in the field of substance abuse prevention both micro and macro. Throughout Daniel’s career in social work, he has seen the positive impact you can have on individuals who have the resources they need - materially and socially.
Treasurer
Darryl Moore serves at the Director of Finance for SCF and has a passion for helping and educating individuals on money management and financial literacy with a strong accounting background to support. Darryl grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. He has a mission of financially assisting and educating different communities in order to help pave the way for families to work towards obtaining generational wealth and emphasizes the importance of long term investing. He supports SCF in guidance for fund management and capital allocation.

Director of Development
Aaron Leiva Zuleta was originally born in the beautiful country of Ecuador. His family moved to Chicago in the winter of 2006 and began life here. Aaron received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Park University and obtained his Masters's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Aaron has experience working in many service industries, including his current position at MADO Healthcare where he is responsible for managing a behavioral unit. Aaron's future goals are to continuously use his opportunities and privileges for communities in need. Collectively, all his experiences have led him to recognize the immediate need for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in many areas of society. Being part of SCF will enable him to directly impact the disparities that underserved communities experience.
Director of Communications
Jason Dumitru is a relational psychotherapist who specializes in Marriage & Family Therapy. He obtained his Graduate degree from Northwestern University. Jason finds passion in supporting
individuals through challenges and difficulties. He is a first-generation Romanian-American who has had fulfilling opportunities to provide humanitarian work on 4 continents (USA, South America, Africa, & Europe). His experiences as a Romanian-American and Christian humanitarian, have deeply impacted his love for people and birthed a desire to continuously find ways to leave this world a better place. Also, his Christian faith background allows him to understand the importance of faith/spirituality/religion in so many people’s lives. Jason believes the antidote to human assumption is curiosity; the more curious a person is, the less effort they spend in making assumptions.

Spencer is a Double Board Certified Psychotherapist who focuses on providing individual psychotherapy and building organizations through funding and consulting. Spencer is the Founder & Principal at Potesta Holdings Corporation and Founder of Social Capital Foundation.
His trainings in Psychotherapy and Organizational Psychology informs his time building companies and leading Social Capital Foundation. While he focuses most of his time in his clinical practice and building organizations, he also has consulted for Fortune 500 healthcare and technology, PE & VC, along with a myriad of mid-sized and start-up organizations.
He is author of "Principles of Performance and Control" which provides readers with accessible, purposely concise, and psychologically-sound tools to manage change and adversity, regain control, and maintain peak performance.
He's most deeply passionate about his work at Social Capital Foundation [501(c)3] where all of his work in psychotherapy and business building comes together with the hope of bringing access and opportunities to those in need.
